ndiAccording to TMZ, Bobby Shmurda has reportedly been denied parole and will likely remain in prison until December 2021. An official from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision told Complex, "Following his Sept. 15, 2020, interview with the Board of Parole, Ackquille Pollard was denied release and given a hold until the maximum expiration of his sentence on December 11, 2021."
All indicators pointed to Bobby being granted release this year, but his behavior while in prison could explain the parole board's decision to deny his request. Bobby reportedly racked up a total of ten violations while incarcerated which include drug possession, weapons possession, and fighting, among other offenses.
