According to reports, police arrested Lil Yachty on Sept. 21 after driving his new Ferrari more than 150 mph down an Atlanta interstate. The 23-year-old rapper was formally charged with reckless driving and speeding in excess of maximum limits. Yachty didn't spend much time in the Atlanta City Jail; soon after news surfaced about his arrest, he shared a post on social media confirming his release.
Yachty was reportedly driving a brand new Ferrari gifted to him by Quality Control CEO Pierre "Pee" Thomas for his birthday last month. Apparently Yachty doesn't have the best luck with Ferraris considering he totaled a red 2020 Ferrari earlier this year.
