Fivio Foreign's girlfriend released a public statement on her Instagram page in response to reports that the rapper was arrested for assaulting her. Jasmine, who's pregnant with the couple's second child, claimed the rapper was innocent and would be cleared of all charges.
"Thank you all so much for your kind words but I would like to clarify a few things," Jasmine wrote. "I did not call the police on Fivio, I did not press charges and I do not want the father of my children in jail. A situation happened in our home and a nosy neighbor called the police. The police are who pressed charges and in time Fivi will be relieved of all charges. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this time."
Fivio Foreign has remained behind bars since his October 10 arrest.

News surfaced this week that Fivio Foreign was arrested in New Jersey on assault charges. Details were limited at first, but now reports are noting the rapper was accused of allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in their condo this past weekend.
The incident reportedly found the rapper allegedly attacking his girlfriend, which resulted in police arriving at the scene and arresting him for assault. Since then, a judge has held the rapper in Bergen County Jail with no bond pending further court proceedings. Stay tuned for more details.

Previously, it was revealed that Fivio Foreign was arrested for assault charges. The rapper allegedly got into an altercation in New Jersey, which led to him getting arrested. No details were available at first beyond the initial information surrounding his arrest provided on the county jail website.
The rapper is currently being held in Bergen County Jail and still has not been granted bond for his alleged role in the assault. Stay tuned for more details in this situation.

This past weekend seems to have been a lot for rappers, as it was revealed that Blac Youngsta was recently arrested. Now, reports along with inmate records have surfaced saying that Fivio Foreign was arrested.
The inmate record for Fivio (real name Maxie Ryles) says he was charged with simple assault/knowingly causing bodily injury. As of now, there is no information on the alleged incident in question that got Fivio arrested.
On the inmate record, it was noted that there is currently no bond for Fivio. Stay tuned for more details on this situation.
