Boosie has been a vocal supporter of Bill Cosby since the entertainer was sentenced to three to ten years in 2018 after he was convicted on three counts of sexual assault. Following the release of Cosby's latest mugshot this week, Boosie tweeted out his continued support for Cosby. On Tuesday (October 20), Boosie wrote, "THEM HOES LYIN FREE BILL COSBY ASAP."
Earlier this year, Boosie spoke to VladTV about his views on Tekashi 6ix9ine being released from prison early due to the coronavirus pandemic, yet Cosby remains behind bars. Boosie stated, "I'm pissed off. I don't give a f*** who don't like it." He then added, "80-something years old and you let a rat out of jail. You let a rat out of jail, man! This man got a couple years and you not gon' let him out of jail with the corona goin' on. That's racist. That's racist towards his money and everything he done worked for! You letting all these motherf**kers out but you won't let an 80-something-year-old man out? That's f***ng racist!"
