Don Frye also described the various injuries he's suffered throughout his career. The MMA fighter said he's had 20 back surgeries and has suffered a stroke. Despite his injuries, the UFC hall of famer doesn't regret being a fighter. Frye stated that although he believes fighters from his era were tougher, today's fighters are more refined.
