Tee Grizzley is having a better 2020 after a troubling year in 2019. Following his aunt's murder, his brother was released from prison after serving five years for a robbery and now his mother is back home after receiving a longer prison sentence.
Using a screenshot of a FaceTime call with his parent, Tee Grizzley announced on Instagram that his mother Latoya Perry was freed from prison.
"First my brother Now My Momma Home!!! God Goodlooking You The Greatest," the Detroit rapper wrote in his caption.
In 2014, Perry received a 15-year prison sentence for drug trafficking. Tee Grizzley has spoken on his mother's incarceration in various songs such as 2019's "Locked Up."
