G Herbo ran into trouble as the rapper recently appeared in front of a federal judge to face multiple fraud charges. The rapper pleaded not guilty, and now he has dropped a track and visual called “Statement,” where he drives home his stance of being innocent in the case.

In the song, Herbo can be heard addressing the charges against him, saying, “Let’s talk about this paper/Let’s talk about them jets, Yeah let’s talk about Jamaica/Yeah ask about me I ain’t never been a fraud.” The video also features an appearance from producer Southside. The current charges against G Herbo include aiding and abetting a larger fraud scheme, and identity. If charged and convicted, Herbo is facing 65 to 75 months in prison. Watch the video above.
