G Herbo recently proclaimed his innocence over his alleged involvement in a $1.5 million fraud scheme that spanned four years. However, former friend and Instagram influencer Omi In A Hellcat believes the rapper has implicated him as his case unfolds.
"@nolimitherbo I didn't get hit for fraud bro. I got hit [with] not paying my taxes in time bro. Damn throwing me under the bus for what? Just cause I'm chilling and falling back?" Omi wrote in his Instagram Story. "I bet I still got more bread than you too we can bet whatever. I'm just trying to be a regular n**** let me chill."
Last year, Omi was investigated by the FBI over his tax returns, money laundering, and copyright infringement through his TV streaming site. Omi claimed G Herbo threw him under the bus over a female they were both involved with before requesting that they both fight their cases without mentioning one another.
"This really got more to do about a girl," Omi continued. "Keep it real G. I never mentioned you. Never pillow talked on you, ask her. If anything, I told her you was solid. Key word, 'Was.' This is as far as Ima take it. I wish you luck on your upcoming case bro. [You're] going to need it these cases ain't cheap and ur lick done ran out. Time to start selling everything. G Herbo is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft. The Chicago rapper has pleaded not guilty to his charges.
