Now, Lil Yachty has tapped in with his thoughts on the matter, directly mentioning Trump via Twitter to ask for help with Kodak Black’s sentence.
Via Twitter, Lil Yachty said, “Hey @realDonaldTrump, my friend @KodakBlack1k deserves to be commuted. The system punished him way too hard for a paperwork crime #freekodak." Recently, it was revealed that Kodak Black attempted to get his sentence reduced but federal prosecutors brushed off the attempt, saying he didn’t provide a valid reason to get his time reduced.
