Reports surfaced noting an indictment took place that charged 14 of the highest-ranking MS-13 leaders known as the Ranfla Nacional. The group of people allegedly operated as the board of directors for the group and guided the criminal activity and violence for the group across the world for almost 20 years.
The three men pictured above—Fredy Ivan Jandres-Parada, aka “Lucky de Park View” and “Lacky de Park View,” Cesar Humberto Lopez-Larios, aka “El Grenas de Stoners” and “Oso de Stoners,” and Hugo Armando Quinteros-Mineros, aka “Flaco de Francis, are currently still at large. The three men are also a part of the indicted defendants in the matter.
The charges in the indictment include conspiracy to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries, conspiracy to finance terrorism, conspiracy to provide and conceal material support to terrorists, and narco-terrorism conspiracy. Stay tuned for more updates.
