Detroit rapper Bizarre, known best for being part of the Eminem-affiliated rap collective D12, was hospitalized recently for TIA, a transient ischemic attack, which is often called a mini-stroke. His team provided an update along with a photo of Bizarre lying in a hospital bed.

The message reads, "Morning.. this bizarre manager just giving u guys a update.. bizarre doing much better he had TIA.. just want to let all fans and family to know he [alive] y’all and he’ll be back soon dumpster juice 2021.."

According to the American Stroke Association, a TIA "often foreshadows a full-blown stroke and needs to be taken seriously." They are caused by a blockage in the brain, and while symptoms subside within minutes to hours, 9 to 17 percent of patients who have a TIA have a stroke within 90 days.
