The account is full of tweets praising Payton and his skills on the court, which is where suspicions grew. Another fan also discovered that the account might be tied to Elfrid's personal email account after requesting to reset the password.
Some fans outright asked @knicksfan6 if they are Elfrid, seeing as how he never tweets during the Knicks game. The Twitter user stated that they work during the games, and added, "I am not elfrid Payton you guys gotta chill this could make him look bad."
