Previously, it was reported that rising South Carolina artist 18Veno was involved in a shooting that found him dead after being taken to the hospital. Now, investigators in York County revealed that two arrests were made in connection to the shooting of 18Veno.

A 20-year-old man named Khalil Robinson was arrested and charged with manslaughter for his role in the shooting and was denied bond. Along with that, another arrest was made, as police apprehended a 22-year-old man named Christopher McCollough for charges stemming from the incident. Sheriff Kevin Tolson issued a statement on the arrests, saying “After weeks of diligent investigation our detectives believe these are the people responsible for the unnecessary death of Paul Harts [18Veno].” Stay tuned for more updates.

Recently, news surfaced that rising South Carolina rapper 18Veno passed away after being shot. Details on the shooting are currently limited, but the rapper was allegedly shot outside of a home in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

18Veno began to break out with his song "1942" and made more waves with his song "What's Poppin." He was looking to be next up in a wave of artists hailing from South Carolina, with the spotlight being on the state due to artists like DaBaby. Despite the company, 18Veno had his own sound that was set to separate him from his peers in the rap world. Condolences to the family of 18Veno.
