In this clip, DL Hughley and Dee Jay Daniels discussed the prosecutors in Dee Jay's case and her feeling that they got away with murder. Dee Jay explained how his friend Marcus took the stand and assumed responsibility for the entire incident which landed him in prison for 12 years but allowed Dee Jay and their other co-defendant to go free. Dee Jay said his friend has since been released from prison and is currently a student enrolled at NYU.
