According to TMZ, Offset is being sued by a luxury car rental service for allegedly failing to return a Bentley rented through the company.
Platinum Transportation Group, an L.A.-based luxury rental service, is suing Cardi B's husband for not having the car available when it was time to turn in the keys. Court documents show PTG drafted an agreement with Offset for their new 2020 Bentley Bentayga for a few days at a rate of roughly $600 a day.
Offset then kept pushing back the date with the new agreement allowing him to have the car until July. Soon after the latest extension, Offset told the company he was unaware of what happened to the car, who had it last, and where it currently was. They also claim that Offset stopped paying on the vehicle after his July 25 lease was up despite the car never being returned.
Platinum Transportation Group is seeking $100K in damages as a result of the ordeal.
