In this clip, Ernest Lee Thomas opened up about a chance meeting with Muhammad Ali, who offered to help Ernest when he was down on his luck and living at a YMCA after "What's Happening!!" was cancelled. Ernest revealed he called Ali after 3 months, and the legendary boxer offered to let Ernest live in his mansion until he got back on his feet.
