VladTV was joined by San Francisco street legend Douglas "Boobie" Stepney, who was the founder and leader of Big Block. Stepney described growing up in the infamous Hunters Point areas during the 1970s and 1980s. After describing the history and geography of the area, Boobie recalled Hunters Point's beef with the Sunnydale Projects and how crack quickly grew from a secret into an epidemic.
