Mike Tyson has announced that his trilogy bout with Evander Holyfield is officially on.

While speaking with Haute Living, the 54-year-old revealed that the fight was happening despite Holyfield's camp claiming the deal fell apart after Tyson rejected all offers including one for $25 million.

"I just want everybody to know the fight is on with me and Holyfield," Tyson said during an Instagram Live session with Haute Living.

Evander Holyfield was victorious in the first two bouts against Tyson. The 58-year-old secured a TKO victory over Tyson in 1996 and won their 1997 rematch after Tyson was disqualified for the infamous ear-biting incident. Despite never beating Holyfield, Tyson believes he will win their third matchup.

"Holyfield's a humble man I know that and he's a man of God but I'm God's man," Tyson declared. "Listen, I'm going to be successful May 29."

Evander Holyfield is yet to confirm if the match is set for May 29.
