According to reports, one of the victims whose life was taken in the Virginia Beach shootings that occurred this past Friday was ‘Bad Girls Club’ star Deshayla Harris.
The 28-year-old television personality reportedly got caught in the crossfire of one of the shootings that went down in Virginia Beach. The Virginia Beach Police Department identified Harris as one of the two people who lost their lives during the incident.
Virginia Beach PD noted that the three shootings that occurred were separate, but the shootings occurred within the same period of time. Police noted that Harris was a bystander who ended up getting hit by a stray bullet. Eight other people were injured due to the shootings, and three men—Devon Dorsey Jr., Nyquez Baker, and Ahmon Adams were arrested and charged with various crimes related to the incidents.

The Virginia Beach Police Department recently gave insight into a tragic incident that took place this past Friday night that left two people dead and eight people injured as a result of a shooting.
The incident reportedly went down at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, and police revealed that they found eight people who were shot and had serious life-threatening injuries as a result of the melee. Police Chief Paul Neudigate said that as police were arriving on the scene, a second shooting was in-progress, with an officer confronting a suspect and fatally shooting him. The officer in the incident was placed on an administrative assignment while an investigation takes place.
Neudigate spoke on the matter, saying “We have a very chaotic incident, a very chaotic night.” So far, several people were detained, but a suspect has not been revealed in the incident yet. Stay tuned for more updates.
