In the latest clip, Anthony "Hootie" Russo detailed his prescription drug operation. After getting busted for prescription drugs in 2005, he took a global plea deal so the top guys he was involved with would get less time. After $110,000 of one of his associate's money went missing, he started selling Vicodin pills to settle the debt and eventually found someone with connections to the Hell's Angels. Eventually, he started making $15,000 per week before he was busted and sent to Rikers Island. There, he found out the person that was supplying him with the pills was getting them from Middle Eastern pharmacists.
