Quando Rondo released the second part of his interview with Angela Yee, where he continued to describe the 2020 shootout that resulted in multiple injuries and the death of King Von.

He continued to describe the "out-of-body" experience he had after the initial confrontation with King Von. Rondo stated that once he was aware of what was going on, he realized one of his friends was shot four times. He explained that he was especially alarmed because the same friend had been shot five times a few months earlier

Quando Rondo also dispelled the rumors that he tried taking King Von's chain after the Chicago rapper was shot. He argued that there were so many shots being fired, no one would think anything at that moment other than ensuring their safety.

"This like being in Afghanistan and two soldiers shooting it out with two other soldiers and a bag of money in the middle of the ground," he said. "Ma'am. You think people in the middle of a shootout…So many bullets flying. You think people thinking about that bag of money?... Only people with bad intentions, doing clout chasing stuff, looking to take a n**** chain."

Quando Rondo also reiterated that he was unaware of any existing beef between himself and King Von. He also said he didn't know it was King Von who punched him until the next day.

"I don't know where none of that came from," Rondo said. "I never in life had words with them. Ever! I did not know that was him. I swear. This is on my life. This is on Neighborhood Crip. I did not know this was him until the next day."
