A feud resulted in nine teens getting shot at a 12-year-old's birthday in Louisiana this past Saturday.
According to a press release from the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's Office, about 60 minors were attending the birthday party when an argument between two groups of males sparked a shooting that evening.
Authorities say seven of the nine victims were treated and released from the hospital, while two remain hospitalized as of Monday. The victims were all minors with the oldest being 17.
Police have urged witnesses to come forward as no arrests have been made.
"Not one person has given a formal statement," said Sheriff Mike Tregre in a statement. "I am asking witnesses to come forward with information to help us learn more about what happened."
