Lil Bibby said during his previous VladTV interview that he knew The Kid Laroi was a star after five seconds before signing the singer when he was only 15. Now it seems record companies are recognizing Bibby's vision after the Australian artist signed a deal with Sony, reportedly worth $4.2 million.

The singer, songwriter, and producer known for hits like "Without You" and collaborations with NBA YoungBoy and Juice WRLD, signed the massive deal just months before his 18th birthday. According to TMZ, Kid Laroi immediately received $1.2 million upon signing the deal. He'll also receive $1.75 million after his publisher gets the deal approved by the court, $250,000 after one year, and another $1 million in 12 monthly installments.

The Kid Laroi became known to a wide audience after Juice WRLD shouted him out and started working with him. During his VladTV interview, Lil Bibby talked about Juice WRLD gifting Kid Loraoi with a verse for his birthday, which cost $200,000 at the time. He also went on to discuss Kid Loraoi's writing process, helping him craft his album, and whether he thinks he'll be as big as Juice WRLD.

Recently, The Kid Laroi has been spotted with Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber.
