San Francisco artist Black C came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he spoke about growing up in the Hunter’s Point neighborhood and getting in the streets around 15. From there, he spoke about his path to becoming a rapper and forming the legendary group RBL Posse with Mr. Cee.
