A recent story published by the New York Times alleges that Bill Gates pursued multiple people while at work, despite his marriage to his now-estranged wife, Melinda.

The story from NY Times claims that Gates had at least two or more occasions where he asked women who worked for him out on a date but didn’t connect with either of them. Another instance in 2006 found Gates shooting his shot at a Microsoft employee who held a presentation he attended.

Gates allegedly sent an email after the presentation, asking the woman to dinner. The Microsoft head allegedly said, “If this makes you uncomfortable, pretend it never happened.” According to the report, the employee followed suit and didn’t reply.

The report referenced former and current employees, who allege that Gates’ advances never seemed predatory, although they made them uncomfortable. A spokeswoman for Bill Gates panned the NY Times’ report but noted that Gates did have an affair 20 years ago, and the relationship ended with no issue. Stay tuned for more updates.
