A 43-year-old woman was arrested last Wednesday after she allegedly crashed a children's birthday party and raped a 17-year-old boy in front of a 12-year-old girl.
The teen boy reported Jessica Rae Good to a staffer at his school and claimed he was sexually assaulted during the birthday party. The Punta Gorda, Florida native had reportedly been out drinking with a friend before crashing the party on May 9, after her friend went to bed.
"After returning home intoxicated, Good continued to 'hang out' with the juveniles while allegedly making extremely inappropriate sexual comments and providing the 17-year-old victim with alcohol," said sheriff officials in a statement.
According to the 12-year-old girl who witnessed the crime, she was woken up by the sound of Good and the 17-year-old having sex after falling asleep on a nearby bean bag. She claimed the male victim whispered to her for help. She added that the boy got up to use the bathroom and vomited before Good had sex with him again and left the home.
The teen boy told authorities that Good forced herself on him while he was sleep and he was unable to push the 250-pound woman off of him. Good claimed she blacked out and didn't remember the incident.
Jessica Rae has been charged with two counts of child abuse and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. She was released from jail on Monday after posting $150,000 bond. She's scheduled to be arraigned on June 21.
