Previously, ‘Empire’ star Bryshere Gray was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault. Since then, it has been revealed that the actor and musician pleaded guilty to the charge in his domestic violence case. Now, Gray will have to spend a brief bit of time in prison.

Legal documents that surfaced noted Gray pled guilty to felony aggravated assault, and as part of the plea, the actor will have to serve 10 days in county jail along with serving three years probation. Gray will have to pay restitution and join a domestic violence offender treatment program.

While on probation, the ‘Empire’ star cannot take any illegal drugs and will have to take alcohol and drug tests. Gray also will not be allowed to possess any kind of firearm, including tasers or stun guns. News of this comes after Gray had a stand-off with a SWAT team in July 2020 for the domestic incident mentioned in his case.
