The issues between Erica Mena and Safaree have been playing out in the public eye over the last year, but it was believed that the two were working out their problems as Mena revealed she was pregnant with their second child. However, a report surfaced noting Erica Mena officially filed for divorce from Safaree this past Friday.
The report noted Erica Mena filed for divorce from Safaree in the same Georgia court where they got married—Fayette County Superior Court. It was noted Mena is asking to get primary custody of their 1-year-old daughter Safire but is open to joint custody. Along with that, she wants exclusive use of the home the former couple share, as well as child support.
News of this comes after Safaree previously said that marrying Mena was his “biggest mistake." Mena responded by calling the reality star the “most selfish, vain, and inconsiderate person.” Stay tuned for more updates.
