Amid the tragic news of DThang, Lil Durk's brother, FBG Duck's mother revealed that she reached out to Durk's father, despite the Durk continuing to diss FBG Duck after his death. Duck's mother, LaSheena Weekly, shared a message she sent to "Big Durk," where she sent her condolences for DThang, and told him to hold his head high.
This comes less than a week after Durk's verse from "Still Runnin" ft. Lil Baby and Meek Mill surfaced, where he rapped, "That n***a was f**ked, the moment he ran, he knew he ain't ducking, his ass out of luck." FBG Duck was tragically gunned down while shopping in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood while reportedly shopping on Michigan Avenue.
Durk also dissed FBG Duck in December on a track with the line, "I told my PO thru the gate that I get high as f**k. She ask me how high do I get, I told her high as Duck!" LaSheena responded to Durk, telling him, "Show your craft! Do something else besides dissing music!"
