Previously, it was revealed that Erica Mena filed for divorce, with Mena citing that she and Safaree had differences that have been playing out in the public eye for some time now. Mena previously asked a judge for primary custody of their 1-year-old daughter Safire, along with child support and exclusive use of the home they once shared. Now, a report surfaced where Mena claims Safaree is complicating her pregnancy with all the divorce issues surrounding them.

Court documents that surfaced find Mena claiming that Safaree “failed to be involved in her care or to visit her at the hospital during her most recent stay, where she remained overnight for many days related to her pregnancy." Along with that, Erica Mena is claiming that Safaree’s push for shared custody of their kids is happening “in hopes of obtaining ‘good publicity’ and painting [Erica] as the instigator, while in actuality, [Erica's] the only parent ensuring the parties’ children’s safety and acting in their best interest."

Safaree previously requested to be present for the birth of their second child, but Mena is saying that only she and her doctor should make that decision. Stay tuned for more updates.

The issues between Erica Mena and Safaree have been playing out in the public eye over the last year, but it was believed that the two were working out their problems as Mena revealed she was pregnant with their second child. However, a report surfaced noting Erica Mena officially filed for divorce from Safaree this past Friday.

The report noted Erica Mena filed for divorce from Safaree in the same Georgia court where they got married—Fayette County Superior Court. It was noted Mena is asking to get primary custody of their 1-year-old daughter Safire but is open to joint custody. Along with that, she wants exclusive use of the home the former couple share and child support.

News of this comes after Safaree previously said that marrying Mena was his “biggest mistake." Mena responded by calling the reality star the “most selfish, vain, and inconsiderate person.” Stay tuned for more updates.
