Former professional football player Kevin Ware is expected to be questioned on the whereabouts of his girlfriend, who went missing back in April.
The questioning comes amid Ware's arrest for violating a court order to report for bond supervision on a previous drug and firearms charge. Ware was taken into custody by US Marshals Friday in Texas, where investigators will probe into the disappearance of 29-year-old Taylor Pomaski.
Pomaski was last seen at a house party on April 25, and at this point, homicide detectives suspect some level of foul play to be involved.
“There could be others that were around the house that night. I’m not for certain, but Kevin knows exactly what happened,” said Eric Zulegar, a former boyfriend of Pomaski. Zulegar told KHOU that Pomaski's relationship with Ware was abusive and toxic.
