Notorious former NYPD officer Michael Dowd sat down to speak with VladTV about his time on the police force after joining in 1982. Michael detailed working amid the crack epidemic and how he transitioned into being a rogue cop, which included taking drugs and money from people on the street that he busted. During the conversation, Michael detailed having a hit placed on him and confronting the guy who ordered it, and his foray into being a dealer himself. He also spoke about getting arrested along with his partner, who wore a wire and cooperated with the feds, and Michael spoke about getting sentenced to 14 years in prison.
