While speaking to DJ Envy on the red carpet at the BET Awards on Sunday (June 27) night, Lil Kim revealed that she's down to do a Verzuz battle. When asked who she'd like to go up against, Kim made no hesitation when naming Nicki Minaj.
The two women have been embroiled in a longstanding beef that has lasted for more than ten years now. Back in 2018, Lil Kim seemed to try and bury the hatchet with Nicki, telling Bootleg Kev, "God bless her, I wish her the best. She did what she did, until she’s ready, hopefully, God puts it on her mind to do the right thing because she knows what she did. Once that happens, hopefully, everyone will stop asking me."
