In the final clip, Eddie Mathis reflected on his criminal past and admitted he didn't foresee the destruction that drug dealing would have on various communities. Although he's mentored the younger generation, he acknowledged that there will always be another dealer or crew that will fulfill the spot he left. Mathis also added that he's never witnessed a drug dealer experience a happy ending after a life of crime.
