Recently, news surfaced noting that former NFL player Tamorrion Terry was indicted on a murder charge related to the shooting death of a young woman named ZaQavia Smith.

The incident went down on June 30, 2018, and the indictment reportedly names 10 other people along with Terry. The shooting took place at Studio 2.0 nightclub in Ashburn, Georgia, and 21-year-old Smith, along with seven other people, were unfortunately shot as a part of alleged “gang violence,” according to Ashburn Police Major Richard Purvis.

At the time of the shooting, Terry was a part of the Florida Seminole Football team and ended up entering the NFL Draft after the 2020 college football season but went undrafted. Terry signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent but was waived ahead of the indictment. Stay tuned for more updates.
