According to reports, WWE star Jimmy Uso has been arrested in Florida after police say he was driving with a blood alcohol content level of .205.
Police documents that surfaced say Jimmy Uso—real name Jonathan Fatu, was pulled over around 10:30 PM this past Monday in Pensacola. Fatu reportedly ran a red light while driving 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone, which prompted cops to stop him.
From there, cops noted they smelled alcohol on Uso while questioning him, so they asked him to exit the vehicle. Police said Uso was swaying and claim the wrestler told them he had “multiple” beers before he started driving. After he failed multiple sobriety tests, Uso was arrested.
Florida’s legal limit for BAC is .08, and Uso’s tests came back at .202 and .205. Uso was booked for a misdemeanor DUI charge and issued citations for running a red light and speeding. As of now, Uso is still in jail, and his bail is currently set at $500 according to the jail.
