According to reports, Atlanta police are searching for a woman who allegedly stole $1 million worth of jewelry from a man she met while out on the town.
After spending several hours together, the man invited her to his hotel room. Once they arrived, the man placed his jewelry in a safe before eventually falling asleep. When he woke up several hours later, the man heard the shower running but no sign of his date who left hours before.
“He assumed his date was taking a shower,” Sgt. Jarius Daugherty said. “But he looked over to see the safe open and all of his property gone.”
Surveillance cameras caught clear photos of the suspect as police continue to search for and identify the woman.
