According to reports, Dame Dash is accusing Jay-Z of illicitly transferring the streaming rights to Reasonable Doubt.

The former business partners are currently in a legal battle over a proposed NFT of Hov's debut album. Now, Dame claims Jay-Z transferred the streaming rights to the classic album from Roc-A-Fella to S. Carter Enterprises LLC without any prior authorization. It is important to note, S. Carter Enterprises LLC is an entity solely owned by Jay-Z.

Dame is now seeking $1 million in damages, claiming unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, replevin, and conversion.
