In this clip, Tom Mesereau addressed PA District Attorney Kevin Steele running on the promise that he would prosecute Bill Cosby if elected, despite former D.A. Bruce Castor making a previous deal not to prosecute Cosby. Steele ended up winning in a close election, and Mesereau stated that Steele "interjected politics in the legal process," which he found to be "a complete disaster for everybody, especially the legal system."
