In the latest clip, Charleston White explained his previous comments when he stated Dr. Dre, Diddy and Jay-Z have done nothing for the Black community. White noted that his comments weren't meant to discredit the three moguls, but added that Blacks wouldn't need reparations if the wealthiest African Americans combined their funds to build Black infrastructure.
