As an example, White said, "You know what Jay-Z does, you never know what Shawn Carter does." He explained that people see Jay-Z's success but don't hear enough about what Shawn Carter did to make "Jay-Z" a success. DJ Vlad also encouraged the youth to look at wealthy people who are older as examples rather than young millionaires who are born with a talent.
