In this clip, John Salley explained why he thought the sentence handed down to Derek Chauvin was fair despite many believing he got off too easily. For John, the context is different considering that his best friend was murdered but his killer only did 8 years in prison for manslaughter as opposed to murder. So he thinks the two-decade sentence is a sufficient example of justice served.
