According to reports, prosecutors have charged Richard Sherman five criminal charges, including DUI and criminal trespass. Sherman entered a plea of "not guilty" for each count.
Per TMZ:
"The five counts levied against Sherman are as follows, according to prosecutors:
-Driving While Under the Influence
-Reckless Endangerment of Roadway Workers
-Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree – domestic violence
-Resisting Arrest
-Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree - domestic violence"
After leaving court on Friday, Sherman spoke with reporters about how grateful he is for the level of support he's received from his wife and family during this time. He also thanked everyone for sending their support and encouragement.
His next court appearance is tentatively scheduled for August 13th.
