According to TMZ, ex-contestant on American Idol, Ron Bultongez, was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a minor.
Bultongez was arrested in Grapevine, Texas on July 15 and charged with 4 counts of sexual penetration of a minor under the age of 17 on 4 occasions. Court docs state that Bultongez was engaged in the alleged illegal sex acts between December 2020 and February 2021.
The singer was released after posting a $50,000 bond and has not yet appeared in court for arraignment.
