According to reports, a Florida youth pastor was arrested for the third time in over a month after authorities found him in possession of more videos he obtained from a secret camera set up in the church restroom.

Jail records show David Nims, 37, was charged with four counts of video voyeurism. The latest arrest comes less than six weeks after a teen boy found a camera hidden under a bathroom sink at Calvary Baptist Church in Pensacola. Nims was arrested and posted a $10,000 bond the same day.

He was arrested a little over a week later after authorities discovered over 100 files of child pornography on his computer. Authorities believe the images were taken from the internet and weren't children Nims had any direct contact. He was charged with possession of child pornography and booked on a $10,000 bond. He was released from jail three days later.

However, while continuing to investigate his electronic devices, police found at least 8 more videos that were recorded in the church bathroom just months ago prompting this latest arrest. Nims is currently being held on an $80,000 bond and as of Tuesday remains in custody.
