Kanye West and Drake have reportedly ended their beef. In 2018, the two rap stars clashed following Drake's rap feud with Pusha T. Drake accused Kanye of scheduling a series of G.O.O.D. Music projects around the release of his Scorpion album and feeding Pusha T information from their private conversations.
After years of back and forth jabs in songs, interviews, and social media posts, Drake and Kanye West are apparently "friends now," according to Karen Civil. Following media reports that Kanye West was dropping his upcoming album, DONDA, on July 23, Netflix Content Executive Jasmyn Lawson tweeted, "Drake should be petty and drop CLB on Friday."
Apple Music's Low Key responded to Jasmyn's tweet and predicted Drake would finally release Certified Lover Boy on the same day as Kanye's new album, causing Karen Civil to respond to both and tweet, "They friends now.. he not. Lol."
While fans questioned the validity of Civil's claim, Drake reportedly cosigned the tweet on his Instagram account. Also, Drake is currently following Kanye West on Instagram.
Kanye West is expected to premiere DONDA at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Thursday prior to its official release.
