In the latest clip, Freeway Ricky Ross commented on Sha'Carri Richardson getting banned from the Olympics after testing positive for marijuana. While he agreed with President Joe Biden's stance that "the rules are the rules," he also encouraged Richardson to embrace the marijuana industry. Freeway Rick ultimately felt the Olympics were losing out as Sha'Carri Richardson was one of the most popular athletes competing. With her absence, he expects the Olympics to lose viewership.
Freeway Ricky Ross also spoke on current marijuana laws and regulations. He reacted to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas questioning if federal marijuana laws were necessary at this point. He also revealed former United States President Donald Trump gave one of his friends a pardon from marijuana charges after originally getting handed a life sentence.
