Kanye West recently held a listening party for his upcoming album ‘DONDA’ in Atlanta. The listening revealed appearances from artists like Jay-Z, Lil Baby, and more. Prior to that, Justin Laboy revealed that West played the album for him and Kevin Durant. He went on to say the album was classic, a notion that Meek Mill said was “cap.” Now, Laboy has given an update on the project's status, which was rumored to be delayed.
Via Instagram, Laboy said, “Kanye West will move the release date of DONDA to August 6. Thanks for your patience ❤️ He wants to give his fan the best possible product without rushing anything. He loves y’all with all of his heart. GOD BLESS 🙏🏾 #DONDA #RESPECTFULLY.”
In the caption of his post, Laboy wrote, “ALBUM OF THE YEAR WILL BE RELEASED AUGUST 6TH… THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.. TRUST ME ITS GOING TO BE WORTH IT 🙏🏾 @kanyewest #Respectfully.” Stay tuned for more updates.
