Just minutes after being handed down a guilty verdict, a man convicted of killing a Texas cop took out his frustration on the bailiff.
Otis McKane was found guilty of the November 2016 slaying of San Antonio Police Detective Benjamin Marconi. After his trial which lasted 10-days, McKane attacked the bailiff before making a run for the door. McKane's impromptu escape was quickly thwarted after several other deputies tackled the man.
McKane is set to be sentenced next Tuesday.
