Now, it has been confirmed that a judge signed off on the divorce Monday, making the split official.
Previously, it was noted that Bill Gates’ net worth is at over $130 billion, which means Melinda could possibly get over $65 billion. Bill Gates reportedly gave Melinda almost $2 billion in stocks the day she filed the divorce documents. Along with that, he gave Melinda 25 million shares of Mexican Coca-Cola, according to reports.
News of this comes after allegations surfaced, noting that Bill Gates was coming on to different women over the course of their marriage.

Around 4:30 pm EST, Bill Gates tweeted, "After a great deal of thought and a lot of work on our relationship, we have made the decision to end our marriage." He added, "We no longer believe we can grow together as a couple in this next phase of our lives."
